A few practical answers.

Where and when do you collect?

Serving Lanett/Valley, LaGrange/West Point, Auburn/Opelika, and Columbus/Phenix City within our standard 75-mile East Alabama/West Georgia service area. Projects outside our standard service area may be available by arrangement. Appointments are primarily after-hours and on weekends. Share your location and preferred window; we’ll confirm a suitable time based on the collection scope and availability.

Is collection free?

Send the equipment type, quantity, condition, and location for a pickup assessment. Fees are assessed case by case, based on the equipment, location, removal work, and handling requirements, and agreed before acceptance.

What if my equipment contains personal or business data?

Tell us about data-bearing equipment when you inquire. Describe the media, required outcome, and any reporting requirements. We confirm available options and the scope before acceptance; sanitization or destruction should never be assumed from collection alone.

Can I drop equipment off?

Collections are arranged by appointment. Serpex does not operate a public drop-off facility. Contact us first to discuss eligible equipment and a collection window.
